By downloading, installing, or using LAM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

KCDHUB / NEXTALY LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LAM for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble LAM
• Use LAM for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent or disable any security features
• Distribute or sublicense the application

LAM is designed to work entirely offline. All your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. KCDHUB is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, uninstallation, or storage issues.

LAM displays small banner advertisements to support development costs. These ads are served by ads.kcdhub.com. By using LAM, you consent to the display of these advertisements. We strive to keep them unobtrusive and relevant.

LAM is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that LAM will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KCDHUB / NEXTALY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LAM.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of LAM after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
